Enhanced access, Merton GP hubs
The Merton Access Hub is open Monday to Friday 5pm to 8pm and is open on weekends 8am to 8pm.
Urgent same day evening and weekend appointments are available at our new local hubs.
To get an appointment at a hub you will need to book in advance through your GP practice or call 111.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Wide Way Medical Centre is located on Wide Way in Mitcham, found just off the intersection between Manor Rd and Rowan Rd.
Public transport
Buses stopping outside the surgery are 60, 152, 255 and the 118 is nearby in Manor Road. In addition, the nearest tube is Colliers Wood and the nearest railway station is Norbury. Public Transport information is available from the Traveline website.
Car parking
Our car park is at the side of the surgery and is for patients attending appointments only. There is disabled parking bays available.
Disabled access
We understand the needs of disabled people and have ensured that our surgery meets their requirements both in terms of design and staff training. Disabled access ramps are available at the front of the surgery, and we have lifts, assisted toilet facilities, and a wheelchair if required.
