Get help with the NHS App in Merton

If you’re a patient at our practice and aged 13+, you can use the NHS App to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone, tablet or through the NHS website. The NHS app is owned and run by the NHS, making it a safe and simple way to manage your healthcare.

The NHS app doesn’t replace existing services and you can still contact us in the usual ways. However, once you have verified your identity in the app, you will have access to a growing range of health services and information including the ability to:

  • order repeat prescriptions
  • access NHS 111 online
  • find NHS services (such as pharmacies and dentists)
  • view your health records
  • book appointments
  • and much more…

Tanuja Kumari is the dedicated Digital Care Coordinator working to help patients across Merton and Sutton with their digital needs, specifically in setting up and using the NHS App.

I have 5 years of IT experience in Software Product Quality Testing and wide variety of volunteering work experience in the community.

I love helping community, believe in digital inclusion and digital education/ digital awareness in the community. Currently I am working with the South West London Integrated Care Board to help patients in Merton and Sutton to use the NHS App.
