They can assess, diagnose, treat and manage common illnesses, injuries, and long-term conditions. Clinical Pharmacists play an important role in the health care system, providing advice on medications and long-term conditions and helping to ensure safe and appropriate use of medications. They also provide education on the use of medications and how to take them correctly. Working together, these health care professionals provide comprehensive care to patients in the GP practice
